Tina Feldstein is an energetic realtor with Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate.  She consistantly plays a leadership role in many aspects of the real estate industry.  She created the Chicago Homebuyer Seminar; co-created the Near South Neighborhood Social; serves as a Marketing Trainer for the American Home Inspectors Training Institute; is acting Board President of two homeowners associations; and formed the Prairie District Neighborhood Alliance, where she also serves as the neighborhood association's Board President.  Additionally, Tina is a docent for the Chicago Architecture Foundation and serves on the board of the Glessner House Museum.  Tina has an unparalleled knowledge of the Chicago real estate market and is a skilled negotiator, specializing in residential condos, single family homes, townhomes, multi-units and new development.  With a true commitment to her clients, a strong work ethic and a real belief in service, she has become a consistent top producer.

Kim McNeece is an experienced real estate agent with Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate.  Kim's background as a professional golfer allows her to bring a unique level of dedication and skill set to her clients.  She is also the co-creator of the Near South Neighborhood Social and is an active participant in many community forums.  She deals with all areas of residential real estate including condos, single family homes, townhomes, muti-units and new development.  She is extremely knowledgable of the Chicago real estate market and understands that each client has different wants and needs.  Kim provideds her clients with a superior level of service, which is why her business continues to grow each and every year.
